Carolyn brings over a decade of experience in both the business to business and medical device sectors working for Johnson & Johnson and Enterprise Holdings. She held many positions ranging from sales representative to manager.  

Her strong work ethic and determination has led to award winning recognition and subsequent promotions. She has also been recognized by attaining key leadership roles within the organizations. 

Her industry knowledge and extensive contacts have allowed her to successfully place top-tier talent in multiple organizations. 

Dedicated and results-driven, Carolyn is skilled in developing customized hiring strategies to meet the unique recruitment needs of each client. Carolyn's thorough knowledge and understanding of business give her the ability to deliver exceptional counsel to clients. 

Carolyn was drawn to the recruitment business by a true passion to help people advance their careers.  Her passion grew while working in the medical device sector as she helped friends and former colleagues break into the market. This passion eventually grew into a career when she founded Collaboration Recruitment.
